Bob Bresee, C.E.T.

CEO & Director

Mr. Bresee is an expert in project evaluation & management of Junior Mining Companies from development stage through to production. He is a mine operator, experienced in narrow vein and bulk-mining methods. He is also extremely well-versed at project budgeting, mine planning, permitting, due diligence and cost controls.

Bob has held the position of Chief Engineer or Mine Manager at numerous North American mines, in notable jurisdictions including Timmins, Wawa, Kirkland Lake and Nevada. At Falconbridge’s 3,500 ton per day Montcalm nickel mine outside of Timmins, Bob was responsible for all engineering functions and contract administration. He also managed operations at Klondex’ Midas mine in Nevada and prepared reserve evaluation reports and internal feasibility studies for Trelawney at its Chester Projects in Ontario.

Layton Croft, MA

Independent Director

Layton is a corporate executive with global resource management experience spanning 25 years. Based n North Carolina, U.S.A., he has worked for or advised Rio Tinto, Ivanhoe Mines, Peabody Energy, Duke Energy, Atrium Health and Bank of America. He holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the School for International Training in Vermont, and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Massachusetts.

Jay Freeman

Chairman & Director

Mr. Freeman is a founding Partner of JJR Capital Partners, a Toronto based Investment/Merchant banking organization and a former Portfolio Manager at Scotia Bank.

He also specialized in corporate and commercial law.

Kevin Filo, P.Geo.

Kevin is an international mining and exploration geologist with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the Vice President, Exploration of Pelangio Mining during its acquisition of the Detour Lake Project from Placer Dome in 1998.

Kevin was instrumental in putting together Voltage’s camp-size exploration land position surrounding the Montcalm mine.

Alan King, M.Sc., Geophysics

Alan is a geophysics expert having consulted for decades on projects in Canada, Australia, South America, Africa and Asia. From 1990 to 2012, he was employed by Inco/Vale as a senior geophysicist and then as Manager of Geophysics with responsibility for global exploration. He was a member of the technical team that performed Inco’s due diligence during its review of Voisey’s Bay, prior to its eventual purchase from Diamond Fields in 1995.

In his capacity as Chief Geophysicist for Vale Global Exploration, Alan worked on geophysical applications for base metals, gold, iron, manganese, coal and fertilizers (potash and phosphate), as well as target generation using regional and global data sets.

Todd Keast, B.Sc., P. Geo.

Todd is a professional geologist with 35 years of hands-on exploration experience in nickel-copper sulphide, PGM and VMS deposits. His experience ranges from grass roots target generation and evaluation through to deposit discovery, resource delineation, environmental permitting and preliminary economic evaluation.

He has worked on numerous nickel deposits in the Timmins camp and designed the exploration program which led to the discovery of the Hart nickel deposit.
